Responsibilities
Conduzir processos seletivos end-to-end para diferentes posições em variados níveis, incluindo o alinhamento de perfil com o gestor, até a etapa de pré-admissão do novo colaborador;
Gerenciar todo o funil de recrutamento, buscando ativamente as melhores pessoas;
Utilizar dados para mensurar a saúde dos funis de contratação e tomar decisões baseadas nessas métricas;
Atuar de forma consultiva e influenciadora para guiar decisões assertivas na contratação dos melhores talentos;
Construir relação de confiança com stakeholders para entender suas dores e necessidades;
Atuar em projetos estratégicos de atração & seleção, que possibilitem a melhoria contínua e inovação da área.
Requirements
Formação Superior Completa;
Boa comunicação e habilidades colaborativas;
Boa capacidade analítica, para trabalhar com dados e criação de reports;
Experiência com volume de vagas;
Capacidades avançadas de uso de Excel, PPT, Word;
Experiência em condução de processos seletivos end-to-end;
Contato prévio com ferramentas como Gupy e Linkedin Recruiter;
