Vendor Management Specialist managing the full lifecycle of IT and software vendors for Quantcast's corporate technology team. Ensuring compliance and optimizing vendor relationships in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain an accurate vendor database including key contacts, contract details, renewal dates, and performance metrics.
Coordinate the onboarding of new software vendors, ensuring completion of compliance, legal, and InfoSec checks.
Manage renewals proactively to ensure uninterrupted service and optimal contract terms.
Obtain and validate vendor quotations, negotiate where appropriate, and coordinate approval workflows.
Support Legal and Vendor Risk Management teams with contract reviews, NDAs, and data processing agreements.
Ensure all vendor documents are up-to-date and stored in compliance with internal governance.
Monitor adherence to SLAs and escalate performance or compliance issues when required.
Work with Finance/Accounting to raise POs, track invoices, and reconcile payments.
Maintain visibility of vendor spend and identify opportunities for savings or consolidation.
Support internal audits by maintaining clear, accurate documentation of all vendor activities.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards summarizing vendor performance, contract status, and renewal forecasts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align vendor services with business objectives.
Act as the main contact for assigned vendors, ensuring strong communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or contract administration.
