About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing HR Solutions Digitalization and Control 2026 Project at Qualysoft. Responsible for transforming HR and payroll processes in the SAP HCM environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the HR Solutions Digitalization and Control 2026 Project
  • Plan, execute, and finalize the project according to scope, timeline, and quality requirements
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards
  • Develop and maintain the overall project plan, timeline, and resource allocation
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business requirements
  • Ensure adherence to agreed methodologies, governance frameworks, and RACD matrix
  • Coordinate preparation phase activities including workshops and requirement validation
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants
  • Lead regular status meetings, steering committees, and reporting
  • Manage expectations across HR, Payroll, IT, and executive stakeholders
  • Facilitate decision-making and escalation processes
  • Oversee SAP HCM implementation activities
  • Ensure proper coordination of development and customization (ABAP, SAP HCM)
  • Monitor progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
  • Plan and coordinate change management activities
  • Ensure preparation of user documentation and training materials
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
  • Manage issue resolution and track corrective actions
  • Plan and execute cut-over and go-live activities
  • Oversee post-go-live support including bug fixing, stabilization, and knowledge transfer

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP project management
  • Proven experience delivering SAP HCM or HR digitalization projects
  • Experience in payroll implementations (including retroactive payroll and international payroll scenarios)
  • Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Payroll)
  • Familiarity with SAP landscapes (DEV, QAS, PRD) and integration concepts
  • Knowledge of ABAP development lifecycle is an advantage
  • Experience with document management systems (DMS) and SAP forms (e.g., HR contracts)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making ability
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work in an international and cross-functional environment
