About the role

  • Sales Engineer at Quality Digital focusing on eCommerce solutions through technical and business modeling, ensuring project adherence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales meetings by mapping clients' pain points and challenges and by modeling technical and business solutions;
  • Responsible for ensuring that sold projects align with Quality Group operations;
  • Lead opportunity discovery sessions directly with prospective clients;
  • Create technical proposals that include solution diagrams and project plans according to the client's needs;
  • Deliver technical demonstrations and, when applicable, gather requirements, implement and present Proofs of Concept (POCs) to clients;
  • Contribute to detailed qualification of new opportunities, and to the formulation of sales strategies and technical solutions;
  • Develop architectures, technical proposals and solution presentations;
  • Post-sales: present the challenges and implemented solutions to the Squad;
  • Continuously expand technical knowledge to learn about Quality Group solutions;
  • Proactively learn new technologies to meet specific technical needs of client projects.

Requirements

  • We are looking for a professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills to join our team.
  • Proficiency in Prompt Engineering for AI tools to optimize day-to-day operational work;
  • Experience mapping and understanding business objectives and stakeholders;
  • Experience collecting functional, technical, and business requirements to define project scope;
  • Experience designing technical diagrams for projects/products;
  • Ability to assess and recommend the necessary roles and allocation levels required to perform discovery, prototyping, architecture, development, testing, validation and project launch;
  • Working knowledge of React, TypeScript, and Node.js;
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and practices;
  • Experience with deployment pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Sonar, SAST testing);
  • Software development knowledge;
  • Intermediate to advanced English;
  • VTEX platform knowledge: Advanced/Expert.
