About the role

  • Organizing and documenting operational procedures while managing corporate network architecture. Seeking innovative process optimization projects to enhance services.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare documentation of operational procedures;
  • Produce process metrics and reports;
  • Manage network architecture;
  • Propose process optimization projects that result in improvements to corporate services.

Requirements

  • Physical and logical network configuration (TCP/IP, IP ranges, subnets/masks, gateways, routing, network topology, etc.)
  • General knowledge of network security
  • Experience with network hardware, preferably Cisco
  • Firewall rules, security policies and sharing protocols
  • CCNA Routing and Switching certification required
  • Knowledge of IP and traditional telephony
  • Intermediate English.
