About the role

  • Infrastructure Analyst responsible for managing IT systems and database administration. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

  • Operation and management of IT systems and infrastructure;
  • Operating systems: Windows Server and Linux;
  • Computer networks and communication protocols;
  • VMware and AWS environments;
  • Administration of Microsoft Active Directory;
  • Information security practices and compliance;
  • Database administration: Oracle, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), MariaDB, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL;
  • Cloud environments: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform;
  • Development of complex queries in SQL/PL-SQL/T-SQL and performance tuning;
  • Database performance monitoring (Oracle Enterprise Manager, SQL Server Profiler, etc.);
  • Backup and recovery techniques, clustering, and high availability;
  • Experience automating database administration tasks.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Networks, Systems Engineering or related fields.
  • Interpersonal skills:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues under pressure in production environments;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate activities with other departments;
  • Task planning and prioritization;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changes and unforeseen situations;
  • Cisco certification;
  • Knowledge of IP telephony;
  • Linux;
  • Active Directory;
  • System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM);
  • Security policies (GPO);
  • Cloud environment (Azure / GCP);
  • Trend Micro antivirus.
