- Monitor network environments, servers, and critical services using NOC tools.
- Identify, analyze, and categorize infrastructure alerts and incidents.
- Perform initial troubleshooting of network, firewall, and Microsoft service failures.
- Log, track, and update technical tickets.
- Escalate incidents according to severity and defined procedures.
- Assist support, network, and security teams in resolving issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring and incident-handling processes.
Requirements
- Knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
- Experience or familiarity with MikroTik (routing, firewall, VPN, and monitoring)
- Knowledge of FortiGate / Fortinet (firewall rules, VPNs, security policies)
- Familiarity with Microsoft environments, including:
- - Windows Server
- - Active Directory
- - Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, or similar).
