Growth Marketing Specialist responsible for optimizing digital acquisition strategies at a fintech company. Analyzing performance metrics and improving lead generation through effective campaigns.
Responsibilities
Ejecutar y optimizar estrategias de adquisición digital con enfoque en performance y generación de leads calificados.
Planear, ejecutar y optimizar campañas de Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, etc.) con un enfoque técnico y orientado a conversión.
Administrar audiencias personalizadas, estrategias de puja, conversion value y segmentaciones avanzadas.
Diseñar, mapear y analizar todo el embudo de conversión: desde el primer impacto hasta la conversión.
Crear y testear landing pages y formularios nativos (Typeform, Hubspot, etc.) con enfoque en CRO y AB Testing.
Analizar resultados en tiempo real con herramientas como Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, y Hubspot.
Colaborar estrechamente con el Director de Marketing para diseñar estrategias creativas, definir palabras clave efectivas y alinear campañas con objetivos del negocio.
Establecer, medir y mejorar indicadores clave de adquisición como CAC, conversion rate, cost per lead, y LTV.
Proponer y ejecutar estrategias de reactivación y retención de leads (plus).
Requirements
+3 años de experiencia en generación de leads, perfil hands-on.
Dominio avanzado de Google Ads : campañas, audiencias, pujas, tracking.
Experiencia sólida en plataformas de analítica : GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hubspot.
Experiencia en pruebas de conversión : CRO, A/B Testing, testeo de formularios, landing pages, creatividades.
Capacidad para interpretar datos, identificar cuellos de botella y tomar decisiones basadas en métricas.
Conocimiento en métricas de Growth : CAC, Lifetime Value, etc.
Experiencia en Hubspot
Alta orientación a resultados y a negocio.
Mentalidad de crecimiento (growth mindset), autonomía y fuerte sentido de ownership.
Capacidad analítica y pensamiento estratégico.
Proactividad y enfoque a solución de problemas.
