About the role
- Senior Project Approval Engineer supporting project teams in maintenance projects. Collaborating with internal and external reviewers for project approvals, primarily in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Support the formation of the GAPP/GPEP teams for Large Maintenance Projects and Scheduled Shutdowns;
- Prepare documentation for approval/changes/cancellations of Large Maintenance Projects, Scheduled Shutdowns and SEPs (TRPs, RTEs, SMPs and ISAs);
- Prepare/support presentations related to Large Maintenance Projects, Scheduled Shutdowns and SEPs (Opening Meetings, SEP validation meetings, Project RACs, Financial RACs, etc.);
- Review deliverables for Large Maintenance Projects and Scheduled Shutdowns on the Shutdown Portal;
- Control/schedule/prepare evaluations (CT) for internal and external Review Groups of the Project Gates for Large Maintenance Projects and Scheduled Shutdowns;
- Support/prepare scenarios for the multi-year schedule of Large Maintenance Projects and Scheduled Shutdowns;
- Prepare the monthly bulletin for planned Scheduled Shutdowns and Large Maintenance Projects;
- Prepare/support the preparation of strategic planning (PPP, PRPI, PE and PAN) and the PTO (Búzios Partnership) related to Large Maintenance Projects, Scheduled Shutdowns and SEPs;
- Perform economic analysis of Large Maintenance Projects, Scheduled Shutdowns and SEPs;
- Create/optimize/maintain standards for Large Maintenance Projects and Scheduled Shutdowns within PCM Management;
- Control and update the MASTER approval spreadsheets for Large Maintenance Projects, Scheduled Shutdowns and SEP Projects, managing the project approval cycle;
Requirements
- Degree in Production Engineering or other engineering disciplines;
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Business Management, or equivalent;
- MBA/Postgraduate in Project Management or PMP certification;
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office suite, and MS Project;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Hybrid work arrangement (3 days remote, 2 days in the office).
