About the role

  • Join Qonto as a Marketing Intern to shape its brand presence in France. Drive creative production and contribute to impactful campaigns for a leading finance workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Join us as a Marketing Intern and help shape Qonto's brand presence on the French market.
  • Drive creative production end-to-end: Own the production workflow for French-market brand activations, tracking every milestone from brief to final delivery, chasing approvals, and making sure nothing slips.
  • Shape the next 2 years of our brand: Run creative analyses and post-tests on our new brand equity campaign to extract insights and fuel the next waves of a concept that will live across all our channels.
  • Bring stunts to life: Support the planning and execution of out-of-the-box activations, think nothing you'd find in a textbook.
  • Be the quality gate: Review creatives across every format and spec, spotting the misplaced logo, the missing legal mention, the off-brand color, before they go live.
  • Use AI to move faster: Leverage AI tools to streamline quality checks, creative research, and feedback consolidation.

Requirements

  • You're enrolled in an M1 or M2 in marketing, communications, branding, media, or digital marketing — and you genuinely understand how brand campaigns are built.
  • You can articulate why a creative works or doesn't — not just "I like it," but what's landing, what's off, and how to fix it.
  • You track 20 parallel steps across multiple campaigns without dropping the ball, and you flag risks before they turn into problems.
  • Native-level French is mandatory to be able to supervise the content production of French campaigns; fluent English to collaborate with the full team.
  • You already use AI tools to work smarter — or you're genuinely excited to start — and you see it as a real productivity lever, not a gimmick.
