About the role

  • Field Marketing Manager responsible for managing marketing strategy for expert accounting partners. Driving events and partnerships at fintech Kolecto while enhancing visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the field marketing strategy dedicated to accounting firm partners: organize and run all events (conferences, trade shows, webinars, workshops) to strengthen Kolecto's visibility and engagement with this priority audience.
  • Develop strategic partnerships: identify and establish collaborations with key industry players to expand Kolecto's influence within the accounting ecosystem.
  • Support sales for accounting partners: provide tailored content and tools, and assist them in showcasing Kolecto's solutions (training, support, follow-up).
  • Coordinate field marketing activities: work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) and partners to align messaging, meet deadlines, and maximize impact.
  • Analyze and optimize field feedback: surface trends, needs, and partner feedback from accounting firms to adjust product and marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience: minimum 5 years in Field Marketing, including at least 2 years in a similar role (Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or B2B Partnerships), ideally within accounting firms or accounting software vendors.
  • Project management and organizational expertise: ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate complex events (logistics, communications, follow-up).
  • Political acumen and understanding of sector-specific issues: in-depth knowledge of accounting sector dynamics (regulations, firm expectations, competition) to tailor strategy.
  • Copywriting and marketing skills: comfortable producing compelling content (event materials, sales collateral, newsletters).
  • Fieldwork and client relations: enjoyment of interpersonal contact, ability to represent Kolecto externally (travel required), and to rally stakeholders around projects.
  • Autonomy and proactivity: able to take initiative, anticipate needs, and quickly adapt to field feedback.
