About the role
- Informatica Developer responsible for developing and maintaining Informatica data integration solutions. Collaborating with analysts to optimize ETL processes and mentor junior developers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Informatica data integration solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to understand data requirements.
- Optimize ETL processes for better performance.
- Mentor junior developers in best practices for ETL using Informatica.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Informatica Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica IDMC (IICS).
- Advanced SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, or similar).
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (star schema, slowly changing dimensions, fact/dimension tables).
- Experience working in financial services or wealth management environments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of batch scheduling tools (Autosys, Control-M, or similar).
- Experience with Unix/Linux scripting.
- Preferred QualificationsExperience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
- Exposure to data governance, lineage, and metadata management tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ETL deployments.
- Informatica certification (PowerCenter or IDMC).
