About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Consultant managing recruitment for production/R&D technician roles at Qnity. Collaborating with local schools and organizations to enhance early career talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers to forecast hiring needs and develop sourcing strategy in a competitive local market
  • Utilize diverse sourcing channels including job boards, community partnership, workforce development programs
  • Manage full cycle recruitment for technicians, operators, lab technicians
  • Screen and assess candidates
  • Manage offer processes, negotiations, and pre employment requirements
  • Build relationships with local vocational schools, technical institutes and community organizations
  • Engage job fairs, community events, and local hiring events
  • Develop compelling job postings and advertising materials
  • Develop campus recruiting calendar and manage recruiting events
  • Promote Qnity's employer brand on target campus, job fairs and social media

Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct sourcing or recruiting experience (in house or agency/search firm background)
  • Excellent sourcing skills with ability to identify passive candidate
  • Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing
  • Good interpersonal skills and bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
  • Proven track record in campus recruiting/early career talent acquisition preferred
