Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology teams to deliver the GRC platform and broader technology initiatives.
- Lead business analysis across the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, build, testing and deployment.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and process designs.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across business, technology and control teams.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assess change and risk impacts.
- Support build, ST/SIT, UAT and implementation activities, including defect triage and end user readiness.
- Contribute to best practices, standards and continuous improvement across systems and services.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Business/Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with GRC platforms, including integrations, data migration, and control/reporting requirements.
- Experience leading, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, functional configuration, testing, and end user training.
- Proven experience across the full software delivery lifecycle.
- Fundamental understanding of project and program lifecycle/methodologies (Waterfall, SDLC, Agile).
- Demonstrated proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar and delivery tools to support effective backlog, requirement, and workflow management.
