Responsibilities
Comprehensive administrative support for the Liability and Financial Lines insurance area
Administrative handling and processing of international insurance policies
Entry and maintenance of policy data and risk information in the policy administration system
Preparation of insurance policies, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and billing
Research and support in the preparation of reports and management information
Independent interaction with internal stakeholders and interfaces.
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Finance Clerk
Further professional qualification as an Insurance Specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt) or Business Administrator (Betriebswirt) is desirable
Prior experience in the administration of international insurance contracts
Experience in commercial/industrial insurance
Independent and team-oriented working style
MS Office, especially Excel
Affinity for IT systems and processes
Good command of English
Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
Communication and empathy skills
High reliability and quick comprehension (fast learner).
