- Global Expansion(법인/지사 설립·운영) 전략 수립 및 초기 운영 가이드 제공
- EAR/ECRA 등 글로벌 규제 준수 체계 운영 및 지역별 규제 리스크 분석
- 본사–지사 간 커뮤니케이션 허브 역할 및 핵심 이해관계자 조율.
Requirements
- 학사 이상(경영, 산업공학, 기술경영 등 관련 전공)
- 8년 이상 글로벌 운영, 자회사/법인 관리 또는 사업 전략 경험
- 제품 전략과 사업 전략을 연계하여 KPI·성과 체계를 운영한 경험
- 복잡한 이해관계자 및 다지역 조직과의 조율·커뮤니케이션 역량
- 데이터 기반 분석력, 전략적 사고력 및 문제 해결 능력
- 경영진 커뮤니케이션 및 문서화·리포팅 역량.
