Responsibilities
Further development and maintenance of a comprehensive HR controlling function and active involvement in shaping and optimizing HR processes
Preparation of personnel cost and headcount planning as well as in-year forecast and variance analyses in collaboration with Finance and Risk Controlling
Preparation and analysis of standardized and ad-hoc reports on HR-related topics tailored to target audiences, and, where applicable, derivation of actionable recommendations
Compilation of data for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Development and continuous improvement of HR dashboards and reporting tools
Support of compensation processes (salary adjustment and bonus rounds) and optimization of compensation models
Participation in interdisciplinary (HR) projects
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Human Resources Management or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in personnel controlling or a controlling environment and solid knowledge in personnel cost planning
Confident user of SAP (ideally SAP SuccessFactors), MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and strong IT affinity
Quick comprehension, strong analytical skills, and a structured, independent working style
Excellent communication skills and service orientation
Business-fluent German (at least C1)
