About the role

  • Commercial Executive at QANTIC FINANCE developing new financial business opportunities. Responsible for selling BPO and BaaS solutions within a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Open new markets and generate commercial opportunities in a highly competitive financial segment
  • Actively prospect companies to sell Financial BPO and BaaS solutions
  • Sell consultative financial solutions with a structured sales cycle
  • Convert leads into qualified opportunities
  • Achieve aggressive prospecting, conversion, and closing targets
  • Build relationships and trust with decision-makers (partners, directors, and financial managers)

Requirements

  • Strong B2B commercial management experience, preferably in finance, BPO, fintech, or structured credit
  • Hunter profile with a strong focus on active prospecting, market development, and deal closing
  • Experience in consultative selling and strategic negotiations
  • Proficiency in CRM, sales funnel management, and commercial KPIs
  • Autonomy, discipline, and commercial resilience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical ability, and skill in building relationships with decision-makers
  • Knowledge of financial or banking products, or recurring services
  • Comfortable working with targets and commission-based compensation models
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commercial Management, or related fields
