Experience in consultative selling and strategic negotiations
Proficiency in CRM, sales funnel management, and commercial KPIs
Autonomy, discipline, and commercial resilience
Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical ability, and skill in building relationships with decision-makers
Knowledge of financial or banking products, or recurring services
Comfortable working with targets and commission-based compensation models
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commercial Management, or related fields
