About the role

  • Sales Representative responsible for building new distribution of flavor and next generation products. Requires strong sales skills, interpersonal skills, and collaboration in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an account base by developing a target list, prioritizing opportunities, and cold calling, both in person and on the phone.
  • Provide detailed sales plans and forecasts on a very regular basis to executive management.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales and distribution trends for different markets, carrying out marketing analyses to identify potential opportunities.
  • Build long-term collaborative relationships with distribution & retailer partners.
  • Present solutions and financials to customers and potential customers, and negotiate win-win outcomes.

Requirements

  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills, with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Strong oral, written and visual communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, with ability to independently build sales decks and collateral in PowerPoint.
  • Foundational financial understanding to provide customers with financial benefits of proposed plans.
  • A desire to learn and build your skills as we develop an industry-leading sales force.
  • Aggressive self-starter, driven to succeed, and excited by closing the sale.
  • Collaborative, team player.
  • College degree preferred.
