- Provide coaching and guidance to delivery teams
- Contribute to business development by supporting proposals
Requirements
- Experience leading or managing technology delivery across large, complex programmes
- Hands-on experience across enterprise software development, deployment and integration lifecycles
- Experience managing delivery across onshore, nearshore and offshore teams
- Knowledge of software development and testing processes, release management and deployment best practices
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Familiarity with enterprise delivery environments
- Professional certifications (Agile, PMP, PRINCE2) are beneficial but not essential.
- Eligibility for, or current possession of, Security Check (SC) clearance is desirable.
