About the role

  • Traffic Manager B2B at Invox, defining paid media strategies across LinkedIn and Google. Creating and optimizing campaigns, ensuring tracking reliability and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive our clients' paid media strategy (audit existing setups, recommend channels, structure campaign plans) primarily on two platforms: LinkedIn and Google.
  • Create, set up, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Lead Gen Forms) aligned with client objectives.
  • Create, set up, and optimize SEA campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max) for B2B audiences.
  • Ensure the implementation and reliability of tracking: tag implementation, conversion configuration, connection to CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot…)
  • Deploy and maintain tagging plans via Google Tag Manager.
  • Structure and monitor performance through dedicated dashboards (Looker Studio or equivalent), analyze data and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Prepare paid performance reports, present them to clients, and extract actionable insights.
  • Manage client relationships and handle day-to-day project management.
  • Maintain active monitoring of advertising platform updates, tracking developments, and paid B2B best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns, ideally in a B2B context or in an agency.
  • Strong command of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
  • Solid fundamentals in tracking: Google Tag Manager, conversions, events, pixels.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing mechanics (long sales cycles, ABM targeting, lead generation).
  • Comfortable with analytics and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, GA4…)
  • Familiarity with AI and its applications.
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and results-driven.
  • Good communication skills to translate technical topics for clients.
  • Fluent in English.
