Responsibilities
Serve as a key member of our global 24/7 operating team
Support the institutional clients with user additions and modifications
Utilize Salesforce to receive cases requiring action
Utilize JIRA to facilitate approval
Requirements
University degree in Finance, Business, or related field
4+ years in handling operational workflows
Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written
Strong proficiency in Salesforce case management
