About the role

  • Digital Product Manager shaping and delivering high-impact digital products for millions of sports fans. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage product backlog and roadmap in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and prioritise the product backlog
  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through to delivery, UAT, and launch
  • Support the delivery and ongoing evolution of Fantasy Premier League
  • Conduct market research and audits across Premier League platforms
  • Work with Data & Analytics teams to support A/B testing and experimentation
  • Configure tooling and CMS platforms (Pulselive & Premier League systems) to support operational activations across websites and apps
  • Help define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and OKRs based on insight, data, and business needs
  • Ensure squads are aligned with clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and the “why” behind each initiative
  • Work across one or multiple workstreams depending on product scope and complexity

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years’ experience in digital product management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across clients and internal teams
  • Experience shaping and delivering product roadmaps using data, research, and business context
  • Confidence defining problem statements, SMART objectives, and success metrics
  • Experience writing clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile teams
  • A solid understanding of agile methodologies and product delivery best practices
  • The ability to balance multiple perspectives to define MVPs and maximise value
  • A creative, solution-focused mindset, working closely with Product Design and Engineering
  • Comfort operating in complex environments delivering products for major brands, events, or large audiences
  • The ability to collaborate with technical teams on complex solutions, including areas such as video and audio services, sports data, identity management, or payments and subscriptions.
