About the role

  • Conduct regular customer visits to promote and sell textile auxiliary products, ensuring strong market presence within the assigned Lahore market
  • Drive sales growth in the Lahore region by developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and distributors
  • Provide comprehensive technical support to assigned customers, offering product guidance and troubleshooting to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage account receivables and ensure timely payment recovery from direct customers to maintain healthy cash flow
  • Oversee RSF (Recommended Selling Formula/Fixation) for the assigned customer portfolio to ensure pricing consistency and profitability
  • Identify and acquire new direct customers to expand the company’s market base
  • Submit detailed daily visits and activity reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
  • Achieve sales targets as per the agreed business objectives and contribute to overall regional performance

Requirements

  • M.Sc. Applied Chemistry / BE Tex. Eng.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Pretreatment & Finishing in continuous processing
  • Min. 6 years of experience; at least 3 years should be in Chemicals sale to textile industry both import and export market
