About the role

- Deliver in-person and/or online training sessions, ensuring participants understand and absorb the material.

- Monitor users’ progress after training, offering support and answering questions.
- Participate in meetings with clients to align training strategies.
- Stay up to date on new technologies and market trends, continuously improving the offered trainings.
- Collaborate in identifying training needs and developing development plans.
- Document processes and procedures related to the trainings provided.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Experience with SIENGE, UAU, or similar systems
