About the role

  • Marketing Analyst collaborating with technology partners to drive B2B marketing strategies and campaigns. Involved in planning, execution, and performance analysis of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of end-to-end marketing strategies, focusing on brand strengthening and generation of qualified leads;
  • Build and evolve the brand narrative, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints;
  • Contribute to inbound marketing campaigns, including digital actions, automations, and performance monitoring;
  • Coordinate ad management (Google Ads and social media) with the agency;
  • Interface with the sales team;
  • Serve as the primary contact for marketing teams at partner companies (software vendors);
  • Organize in-person and online events, from concept through execution;
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing results (KPIs such as CAC, CPL, and ROI), producing periodic reports with recommendations for continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial and strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields;
  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology or software companies;
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing and tools such as HubSpot;
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Experience organizing corporate events and managing vendors;
  • Proactive, organized, collaborative, and results-oriented profile;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
