About the role

  • Partner Marketing Manager leading marketing execution for Aescape's partner ecosystem. Develop scalable marketing programs and support new partner launches to drive growth in the AI-powered self-care industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable partner marketing programs that help partners successfully market Aescape.
  • Create and manage partner marketing toolkits, launch playbooks, templates, and education materials
  • Serve as the marketing point of contact for partner marketing support and execution
  • Lead marketing execution for new partner launches in coordination with Customer Success, Operations, Growth and Creative teams
  • Ensure launches include marketing assets, partner enablement materials, lifecycle support, and local activation programs
  • Design marketing programs that drive awareness and bookings within partner locations.
  • Develop in-location marketing including signage, customer routing programs, digital assets, and experiential materials
  • Support events, demos, and on-site activations that introduce customers to Aescape
  • Build and manager partner-driven demand initiatives such as local marketing activations, affiliate programs, and partner promotions
  • Partner with the Marketing Lead to integrate broader campaigns, content, and lifecycle programs into partner marketing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner utilization and demand generation through targeted marketing programs
  • Collaborate with Growth and Customer Success to monitor utilization trends and deploy marketing programs that support partner performance.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, partner marketing, field marketing, or B2B2C environments.
  • Experience supporting partner ecosystems or franchise-style networks is a strong plus
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with marketing assets, campaigns, and partner enablement materials.
  • Comfortable working across teams including Growth, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
  • A highly organized marketer who thrives in cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical programs and tools.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple launches and initiatives simultaneously.
