Develop and maintain strong core content, case studies, and marketing materials that support national office occupier pursuits
Apply Colliers’ brand and communication standards consistently across all deliverables
Collaborate closely with advisors, research, and marketing partners to strengthen pursuit strategy and storytelling
Contribute to win-loss insights and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate pursuit quality
Build trusted relationships with advisors and leadership, becoming a reliable partner in office occupier pursuits and marketing strategy
Requirements
Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience supporting pursuit strategy, proposals, and client-facing marketing in a B2B environment
Strong experience developing and managing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong business lens
Ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively through both written and visual formats
Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
Proven ability to manage multiple pursuits and deadlines simultaneously
High level of discretion when handling confidential client and business information
Comfortable working independently while collaborating across regions and teams
Professional, confident, and relationship-driven communication style
Experience in commercial real estate, office occupier representation, or professional services (bonus)
Bilingual in English and French considered an asset
