About the role

  • Associate Marketing Manager driving strategic initiatives and marketing plans for Clorox Professional B2B in healthcare vertical. Collaborating with sales teams to deliver integrated business plans and drive growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement B2B customer-specific marketing plans based on strong customer and vertical insights.
  • Generate program ideas to drive business growth with national healthcare accounts and distributor partners.
  • Support the Field Sales organization by developing sell-in presentations and materials, product-related informational materials, digital shelf assets, and collateral for successful launches.
  • Monitor and measure the accuracy, visual adherence to brand standards, and performance of these assets for future optimization while working within an assigned budget.
  • Support the CloroxPro Marketing Team to ensure consistent look, tone, feel, and governance of assets and templates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a professional environment
  • Prior Business to Business (B2B) Sales &/or Trade / Customer Marketing / Ecommerce / Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or MPH preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
