Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new business opportunities
Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, IT, Administration and Customer Service to continuously optimize customer processes
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Health Management or a comparable field; alternatively a commercial apprenticeship with relevant sales experience
Several years of B2B sales experience (3–5 years), ideally in the healthcare or long-term care sector
Desirable: Certifications in Key Account Management or Sales Excellence
Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
Strong communication and negotiation skills and a hands-on mentality
Willingness to attend off-site customer meetings
