- Work on strategic program design solutions for protecting and managing data.
- Address customer concerns and manage escalations in collaboration with other teams.
- Present updates to management identifying risks, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years industry experience in a customer-facing role
- 4+ years of experience in IT consulting or related fields.
- Familiarity with Data Security: Data Security Posture Management, Insider Threat Management, Endpoint Security, and/or Cloud Security concepts.
- Proficiency in Windows Server environment; experience with web infrastructure components like IIS and MS SQL is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of Linux infrastructure.
- Exposure to Microsoft or Symantec DLP solutions is desirable.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service, with the confidence to engage in-person and virtually.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through to completion.
- English proficiency in both technical and non-technical communication is required.
- Technical Spanish speaking skills are desirable.
