Responsibilities
Segmenting customer groups based on a holistic customer view and KPIs
Operational management of all activities, including customer-focused selection
Creating customer journey maps and customer segments in a campaign management tool
Applying data-mining methods to analyze purchasing behavior
Identifying and defining new target groups
Developing and implementing an omnichannel CRM strategy
Expanding and implementing our data warehouse
Monitoring the success of existing measures and campaigns and continuously optimizing them
Requirements
Completed university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration with a focus on CRM/Marketing, or equivalent qualifications
Several years of professional experience in CRM, B2C marketing, and online/offline communications within an e-commerce or retail company
Solid (programming) skills with databases and analytics software (SQL, KNIME, Python, and possibly other programming languages)
Understanding of customer data and profiles, including customer value (CLV) considerations
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a goal-oriented and customer-focused approach and high self-motivation
