Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface between Operations stakeholders and the engineering team, gathering, refining, and prioritizing requirements based on business value and impact.
- Coordinate with engineering resources to translate business needs into process automation or AI Agent solutions.
- Oversee the design, architecture, and deployment of secure, compliant, and scalable AI agent solutions in partnership with the Corporate AI Team.
- Develop reusable components, templates, and best practices for agent creation and deployment to accelerate solution delivery.
- Support internal teams by providing technical expertise, troubleshooting, and ongoing enablement, driving adoption, and self-sufficiency in non-engineering groups.
- Promote knowledge transfer and facilitate training to increase AI adoption and proficiency across business units.
- Partner cross-functionally with IT, HR, CAIO, and third-party experts to scale AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager working with technical and engineering teams in AI, automation, or software development environments.
- Demonstrated ability to architect and coordinate the deployment of secure, scalable AI agent solutions, preferably in an enterprise setting.
- Exceptional skills in translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions, with a focus on maximizing value and impact.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities, with experience partnering with corporate AI teams and product engineering groups.
- Solid understanding of engineering processes and hands-on experience with agent frameworks, low-code platforms, or automation tools.
