About the role

  • In-Home Sales Representative meeting with homeowners to educate them on solar solutions and close sales. Seeking motivated individuals for a commission-based role in a fast-growing solar company.

Responsibilities

  • Attend company-provided, pre-set appointments and deliver a clear, consultative solar presentation to homeowners.
  • Manage and update your sales pipeline daily using our CRM to ensure accurate tracking of all prospects and opportunities.
  • Follow up consistently with homeowners to answer questions, overcome concerns, and move deals through the sales process.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to review performance, collaborate, and stay aligned with team goals.
  • Commit to ongoing training, including product knowledge, objection handling, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain a strong professional presence by showing up prepared and on time for all scheduled appointments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in high-ticket sales preferred; solar sales experience a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, e-signature tools, and presentation software
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
