Responsibilities
Attend company-provided, pre-set appointments and deliver a clear, consultative solar presentation to homeowners.
Manage and update your sales pipeline daily using our CRM to ensure accurate tracking of all prospects and opportunities.
Follow up consistently with homeowners to answer questions, overcome concerns, and move deals through the sales process.
Participate in weekly sales meetings to review performance, collaborate, and stay aligned with team goals.
Commit to ongoing training, including product knowledge, objection handling, and industry best practices.
Maintain a strong professional presence by showing up prepared and on time for all scheduled appointments.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in high-ticket sales preferred; solar sales experience a plus but not required
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using CRM systems, e-signature tools, and presentation software
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
