About the role

  • Preparing the statutory financial statements of the Company according to IAS/IFRS
  • Managing infra-annual closing activities (monthly, quarterly and semi-annual)
  • Coaching a pool of talented and passionate junior colleagues
  • Supporting the Finance Business Partners and Corporate Finance team in the planning process
  • Driving process optimization and efficiency enhancing functionalities of existing tools
  • Collaborating with external auditors and providing necessary documentation
  • Acting as point of contact with Management and business teams on financial reporting and accounting topics

Requirements

  • Outstanding academic background in Accounting studies
  • Previous experiences (at least 3 years) in Big 4 audit firms or in accounting departments of fast-growing companies
  • Positive mind-set, pragmatic attitude, ownership mentality and a "can do" attitude
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Analytical skills, precision and attention to details
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Willing to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
