Responsibilities
Your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, where you receive dedicated and personalized classes.
Once you obtain your licenses, you will be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor.
You will help to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and approach to client care.
Once you have demonstrated success as a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will typically progress into the next role, Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II.
You will have the opportunity to advance in many roles within Bank of America and Merrill.
Requirements
Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
Bilingual Mandarin.
