Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily financial operations, including payment instructions, cash movements, and bank reconciliations
- Ensuring the necessary accounting automation for payment systems and e-money transactions
- Oversee vendor and merchant/aggregator payment processes and related reconciliations
- Ensure accurate reconciliation between bank accounts and accounting records
- Support CBRT and other regulatory financial reporting requirements
- Contribute to monthly and annual closing processes, including P&L and balance sheet support
- Execute and coordinate internal and external audit processes
- Support tax calculation, reporting, and compliance processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
- Min 6 years of experience in finance/accounting roles, preferably in fintech, e-money, or payment services
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation processes
- Hands-on experience in daily financial operations and month-end closing
- Experience in regulatory reporting is a plus
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly reliable
- Strong follow-up skills and sense of ownership
- Comfortable working in an operationally intensive environment
- Good command of written and spoken English
