About the role
- Associate SEM Analyst managing large-scale search campaigns across platforms. Optimize spend and performance through analysis and testing for customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities
- Execute, monitor, and optimize SEM campaigns across Google, Bing, and other search platforms to achieve KPIs
- Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimization
- Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to develop dashboards, reports, and performance models
- Conduct A/B and multivariate tests
- Partner with creative, product, and analytics teams
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends
- Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting
- Continuously explore and test automation and AI tools
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in SEM or performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics (GA4)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL
- Experience with Python, or Tableau is a plus
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills
- Familiar with conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and campaign optimization techniques
