- Build and configure world class reporting dashboards and visualizations on PG Forsta’s Human Experience (HX) platform
- Integrate data from multiple sources to create a cohesive view of the customer journey

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery and SMEs to understand user needs and develop reporting views
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for dashboards
- Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks on all builds
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on using and interpreting dashboards
Requirements
- 3-5 years previous work experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge with Jscript /JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Confirmit platforms and/or other comparable product experience
- Experience in developing dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
- Familiarity with UX principles and a passion for improving human experiences through data-driven insights
