About the role
- Supporting performance marketing campaigns on Amazon, Meta, and Google while developing skills in a hybrid working environment with Presch Tools GmbH.
Responsibilities
- You will support the creation and management of performance campaigns on Amazon, Meta and Google — from setup and testing to ongoing optimization.
- You will analyze campaign KPIs, identify patterns and derive concrete improvements.
- You will develop new ideas, experiment confidently, and help us leverage trends early.
- You will conduct smaller market and competitor analyses and help us deploy our advertising budget more intelligently.
Requirements
- Some experience in performance marketing is a plus — internships, university projects, or your own ad campaigns are all fine.
- KPIs, data and numbers don’t intimidate you; you want to understand why something works.
- You are comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of Meta, Google or Amazon Ads is a plus; a willingness to learn is required.
- You take ownership and act proactively instead of waiting for instructions.
- You have a good sense for advertising — a mix of analytical and creative thinking.
- You are a team player and enjoy collaborating with design, content and product teams.
- You are reliable, motivated and keen to develop further both personally and professionally.
- You can work at least 15 hours per week.
