Responsibilities

** Product Ownership & Delivery**
Own and drive the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product strategy, business objectives, and customer needs.
Make informed prioritization decisions within and across sprints to maximize customer and business value.
Ensure backlog items are clearly articulated, well-refined, and appropriately estimated to support predictable delivery.
Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and discovery sessions, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
Partner with Product Management to support roadmap execution and incremental delivery of strategic initiatives.
**Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement**
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on time.
Act as a trusted subject matter expert for the web platform, serving as a key point of contact for internal teams.
Proactively communicate priorities, trade-offs, risks, and progress to stakeholders across the organization.
Support alignment across teams by balancing technical constraints, user experience, and business priorities.
**Innovation & Continuous Improvement**
Stay current on industry trends, web and API technologies, and Agile best practices to inform product decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve development processes, product scalability, and customer experience.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through data-informed decision-making and iterative learning**.**
Requirements
**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Associate Product Manager, or in a similar product-focused role.
Strong experience in business process analysis and translating requirements into technical solutions.
Solid understanding of web application and API-based systems.
Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Excellent decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with user-centered design principles and modern web usability standards.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority.
Some travel may be required.
