Responsibilities
Support the Director of Operations by assisting with planning and implementing high-impact initiatives.
Support cross-functional coordination across OCLD, WFM, Quality, and BPO.
Enhance communication through structured reporting and SharePoint management.
Facilitate cross functional teams in designing business solutions.
Interface with management to ensure quality and timeliness of projects.
Collect data and provide analyses for broad array of issues across disciplines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or four (4) years’ work experience.
Seven (7) years' consulting, analyst or business experience.
Experience developing detailed project plans, schedules, and defining scope of work.
