Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews, meetings and workshops with clients and stakeholders to identify needs, objectives and business rules.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements clearly and in a structured way, using use cases, flows, user stories or other artifacts.
- Interpret business needs and translate them into technical or functional specifications, ensuring feasibility and alignment with the development team's capacity.
- Act as a facilitator between stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment on scope, priorities and expectations.
- Support the validation of deliverables, ensuring that requirements are correctly implemented during development and testing phases.
- Clarify questions, update documentation and contribute to the continuous evolution of the product.
Requirements
- Previous experience in eliciting, analyzing and documenting requirements;
- Knowledge of SQL Server databases;
- Knowledge of documentation methods and artifacts, such as use cases, user stories, process flows, and functional and non-functional requirements;
- Ability to translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams;
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
- Experience with management and tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar;
- Previous experience in the Logistics sector;
- REST and SOAP APIs (general understanding);
- Basic software architecture;
- Integrations (concepts of endpoints, payloads, authentication).
