About the role

  • Influencer Coach managing and coaching micro-influencers to create compelling content for Praktika's AI-powered language learning platform. Driving creator performance and engagement in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Daily Creative Direction
  • Write 1–3 high-converting video briefs daily for each micro-influencer in your portfolio (20+ creators).
  • Translate product value props and campaign goals into scroll-stopping content concepts.
  • Balance brand consistency with creator authenticity.
  • Creator Portfolio Management
  • Manage and coach 20 micro-influencers to consistently deliver quality content.
  • Set clear performance expectations and hold creators accountable to metrics.
  • Build strong relationships: motivate, guide, and solve creator problems fast.
  • Optimize creator mix based on performance data (engagement, conversion, cost-per-acquisition).
  • Talent Sourcing & Onboarding
  • Continuously source and vet new micro-influencers across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Evaluate creators for brand fit, content quality, engagement authenticity, and growth potential.
  • Onboard new creators efficiently with clear guidelines and success frameworks.
  • Build a waitlist of high-potential creators ready to scale.
  • Trend Intelligence
  • Stay ahead of social media trends across all major platforms daily.
  • Identify emerging formats, sounds, hooks, and narratives before they saturate.
  • Translate trends into actionable briefs that feel native, not forced.
  • Quality Control & Approval
  • Review and approve all creator videos daily before publishing.
  • Provide fast, clear feedback to maintain quality standards and speed.
  • AI-Driven Workflow
  • Use AI tools for brief generation, trend analysis, and performance insights.
  • Build templates and systems that let you scale across 20 creators without bottlenecks.
  • Automate repetitive tasks to focus on strategy and high-leverage coaching.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in influencer marketing, creator management, or social media content strategy
  • Proven experience managing multiple creators simultaneously and driving results
  • Deep platform expertise (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and obsessive trend awareness
  • Strong creative instincts: can write briefs that inspire creators and convert audiences
  • Hands-on AI tools usage for workflow automation and content ideation
  • Excellent communication skills: clear feedback, motivational coaching, fast responses
  • High organizational skills to manage 20 creators and daily approvals
  • Comfortable with high-volume, fast-paced work
  • High ownership, low ego, creator-first mentality
