About the role

  • Team leader responsible for Central Services at PostFinance. Leading operational and strategic areas in the Frauenfeld package center, focusing on efficiency and employee development.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for Central Services at the Frauenfeld parcel center
  • Support for the management of the parcel center
  • Strategic and operational responsibility for Back Office, security and reception
  • Lead cross-departmental projects, in particular digitization and organizational development
  • Motivate, develop and coordinate employees
  • Responsibility for safety and health management

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training and further education in business administration, management, leadership or HR and organizational development
  • Several years of experience in leading teams
  • Strong ability to develop employees, motivate and delegate effectively
  • Solid practical experience in organizational and process management
  • Experience in change and transformation processes (change management)
  • Safety officer with responsibility for safety, compliance and health management
  • Good knowledge of a second national language or English
