About the role
- Senior Project Manager responsible for creating sales processes and managing projects in the sales context at OXG. Focusing on marketing projects and supporting diverse sales channels.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for building and establishing various processes to support the sales organization
- Independently lead projects in a sales-related environment
- Focus on marketing projects and dialog marketing
- Responsible for the IT tools used by the dialog marketing channel and for the requirements for our CRM (Salesforce)
- Creation of the sales pipeline and end-to-end management of projects
- Provide reporting and manage external service providers
- Support the development of project management standards within the Sales Enablement area
Requirements
- Professional experience in project management
- Completed university degree or an equivalent qualification
- Strong interest in analysis and reporting; daily use of Excel
- Experience in dialog marketing
- Confident use of Microsoft 365
- Ideally, experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce or similar systems)
- Open, communicative personality; German and English language skills
