Responsibilities
- Lead the Engineering team’s People management;
- Develop and monitor career plans for the team;

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tech Manager, Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or similar roles leading multidisciplinary engineering teams;
- Experience in agile environments, digital products, platforms, or technology companies, preferably in growth and transformation contexts;
- People leadership and talent management skills;
- Strong ability to lead, develop, and engage team members;
- Experience conducting structured 1:1s, continuous feedback, performance evaluations, and promotion processes;
- Experience building and monitoring career plans, actively working on the team’s technical and behavioral development;
- Ability to identify technical and behavioral gaps and structure individual development plans (IDPs);
- Solid technical background in software engineering, systems architecture, quality, and development best practices;
- Track record in reducing incidents, rework, and technical debt, promoting continuous improvement;
- Strong capability to act as a bridge between Engineering, Product, and Business areas, ensuring strategic alignment;
- Ability to translate business needs into viable technical solutions, prioritizing impact and value;
- Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills across different levels.
