About the role

  • Procurement Specialist handling compliance topics and controlling analysis. Supporting process optimization and communication with internal stakeholders at PostFinance.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the operational handling of compliance topics within Procurement
  • You perform controlling reports and KPI analyses in the procurement area, thereby contributing significantly to the transparency and management of our purchasing activities
  • You ensure security checks for external personnel
  • You revise guidance documents and review supplier reference requests
  • You support the optimization and automation of processes to sustainably reduce transaction costs and ensure communication with our internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with further qualification (e.g., Advanced Federal Diploma in Business Administration - HF)
  • Experience in a compliance environment and a strong team orientation
  • Strong analytical skills in procurement controlling and confidence in interpreting KPIs to derive sound decision-making foundations
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to think beyond the obvious, develop pragmatic solutions, and communicate them appropriately to the target audience
  • Independent, reliable working style, high level of responsibility, and a hands-on mentality
