About the role

  • Data Analyst extracting and analyzing data for third-party technical assistance operations. Collaborating on performance monitoring and reports for decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • Extract, consolidate and analyze data from systems, spreadsheets and Data Lake sources, supporting the generation of management and operational information for Positivo's third‑party Technical Assistance network (ATPs).
  • Monitor network performance indicators, tracking action results, SLA compliance and the progress of initiatives with ATPs.
  • Prepare reports and management presentations in PowerPoint, supporting results monitoring and decision-making for the area.
  • Control and track completion of mandatory ATP training, ensuring compliance with defined standards.
  • Support the identification and recommendation of the best ATPs for service execution and operational negotiations.
  • Manage and close ATP penalty reports, and monitor notifications sent to partners.
  • Handle notifications related to SLAs for the Retail, Government and Corporate segments, as well as notifications related to parts.
  • Execute and monitor administrative and financial processes for the network, including reversals and provisions, reporting information to the Controllership.
  • Operate flows and requests in the Zeev system, ensuring the correct progress of internal processes.
  • Implement system processes to de‑accredit network partners from the technical assistance network.
  • Develop management tools and dashboards for dynamic monitoring of operational indicators.
  • Interact with support areas, contributing to continuous improvement of processes and operational flows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience managing methodical processes, ensuring organization, consistency and completion of steps.
  • Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system.
  • Knowledge of IT (software and hardware).
  • Python and Power BI — a plus.
