Analista de Implantação III ensuring efficiency in policy implementation processes for a leading insurance brokerage. Collaborating with clients and insurers for health, life, and group benefits.
Responsibilities
Plan, structure and lead the policy implementation process with insurers, administrators and clients (health, life, dental, travel and group benefits).
Plan and organize implementation schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
Validate documentation, enrollment data, contractual rules and layouts required by insurers.
Review and check documents for new contracts prior to submission to insurers and administrators.
Serve as a point of contact between clients, insurers, administrators and internal departments.
Review and process life insurance documents, resolve database exceptions and handle all documentation required to open policies.
Monitor critical implementation processes such as issuance of member ID cards, first invoicing and data updates.
Responsible for creating and registering new clients and policies in insurers' and administrators' systems.
Ensure correct setup and verification of issued policies.
Prepare and present tracking reports, deadline status updates to clients and managers, and implementation metrics.
Support communication with clients' HR teams and beneficiaries, including information hotlines and alignment meetings.
Lead the transition (hand-off) process to service and post-sales teams, supporting continuity and relationship quality.
Ensure all process steps are completed on time, with quality and compliance. Propose continuous improvements to implementation processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency and standardization.
Act as a technical reference for the team, supporting junior analysts with complex cases.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Insurance Management, Accounting, Law or related fields;
Previous experience in insurance, corporate benefits or areas related to implementation processes;
Experience with insurance/benefits management systems (for example: Quiver);
Microsoft Office – intermediate to advanced level;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Analytical ability and experience preparing implementation reports;
